Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for performance based commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F8N3CE1087A002, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-51 effective 01 Apr 2011. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 238220 and the small business size standard is $14M. The following commercial service is requested in this solicitation; Contractor to provide all plant, labor, materials, management, and transportation needed to inspect and perform Preventive Maintenance Serves as listed in attached statement of work (SOW). Prepares a detailed assessment of repair needs, Performs repairs and / or replaces damage and missing components as directed by the government. Additional repairs must be approved by the Contracting Officer and must provide an itemized list of parts and labor CLIN 0001Yearly basic maintenance1 lump sum not to exceed price CLIN 0002Additional Repairsminimum 1 hourlabor per hour price Maximum 200 hour CLIN 0002AAPartslump sum undefined The NH Air National Guard intends to award a firm-fixed price contract with Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantities Items under FAR Part 6.302. Destination for serviceis at 302 Newmarket St. Pease ANGB, Newington, NH 03801. The period of performance will be 01 July 2011 through 30 June 2012, with two (2) one year options. The requirement will be solicited and evaluated under FAR 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Contract award will be made to the responsive offeror whose offer will result in the best value to the government.
