- Attachment 3 - Offeror Submission Package Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement Solicitation Attachment 2 - Wage Determination Solicitation SP0600-11-R-0515 is issued. The closing date is 3:00 PM local time on June 30, 2011. A pre-proposal conference at DFSP Tampa will be held on June 9th at 0900 hours. All interested parties must pre-register by close-of-business June 1, 2011 with Vicki Hahn via e-mail at Vicki.Hahn@dla.mil. Please provide your contact information including your e-mail address and cellular number that you can be reached on the day of the meeting. Parties that do not have a current Common Access Card (CAC) or a military retiree ID card must meet at the Pass & ID office at MacDill Air Force Base at 0800 on June 9, 2011. Attendees must present their Driver's License, Vehicle Registration (or Rental Agreement), and Proof of Insurance in order to get on the base. If you already have a CAC card or a military retiree ID card, then you may proceed to the meeting location in building number 1122. After entering the Dale Mabry gate, take the first right which is North Boundary Blvd (there's a sign marked DFSP Tampa). Follow it past the Air Traffic Control Tower to the DFSP. Proceed to building number 1122.
