Description
FOR MORE INFORMATION CONTACT: Harry Chin, RDER-PRA-CA, 443-395-6888 This is a market survey to locate sources who can supply and repair (depot level maintenance for the period: through 30 September 2016) the commercially produced: INTERFACE UNIT,DATA TRANSFER, NSN 7025-01-291-0383, TRANSFER UNIT,PROGRAMMABLE CARTR, NSN 7025-01-434-0918, and CARTRIDGE,PROGRAMMABLE, NSN 7045-01-444-7905. They must have the same operating specifications and physical characteristics as the present items that are now in use. The current source for these items is GE AVIATION SYSTEMS LLC, CAGE 35351. The government does not have any drawings/specifications for these items. Suppliers capable of furnishing/repairing these exact items must so indicate, by writing to: Commander, CECOM LRC CCS/AV; ATTN: RDER-PRA-CA (Harry Chin); Building 6010, 3rd Flr, Rm #319-7; Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005. The response must include documentation such as test results, copy of purchase order if the supplier was a vendor to the listed source or a statement from listed source demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, supply the Army with a unit that will be physically and functionally interchangeable with the units from the previous supplier. Successful supplier may be required to warrant that the items supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army. The government will not pay for any effort expended in responding to this synopsis. Respondent firms should indicate whether or not they are a small business.
