Description
Scope of Work Schedule B Bid Sheet Schedule A Bid Sheet Solicitation Package This acquisition is proceeding as a Competitive SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE, Request for Quotation (RFQ). This procurement will be conducted under NAICS Code: 721211. The size standard for this code is $7,000,000. Estimated Price Range for Base Year is $5000.00 to $25,000.00 JOB DESCRIPTION: 1.1 SCOPE: This statement of work is for the Campground Attendant Contractor Schedule A and B positions each Schedule consisting of a two-person team to staff the Bushay Campground at Lake Mendocino. Campground Attendant Contractor Schedule A's schedule will alternate with that of Campground Attendant Contractor Schedule B, to ensure that the Bushay Campground will be staffed seven (7) days a week. The contractor team for each schedule will work a 4 Days On/4 Days Off Schedule. Duties may include, but may not be limited to, registering campers, checking in persons with reservations, collecting camping fees from newly registered campers, opening and closing access gates, and issuing permits for second vehicles to be parked in campsites, conduct a check of the campgrounds, and other duties as may be assigned by Lake / Park personnel. 1.2 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE - The contract period for Base Year (2011) shall be 20 June 2011 to 30 September, 2011. The contract period for Option Year 1 (2012) shall be 29 April to 30 September, 2012. The contract period for Option Year 2 (2013) shall be 29 April to 30 September, 2013. The contract period for Option Year 3 (2014) shall be 29 April to 30 September, 2014. The contract period for Option Year 4 (2015) shall be 29 April to 30 September, 2015. 1.3 Basis for Award: Award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder who is determined to be a small business ( for this project under NACIS Code 721211, a small business is a business with an average annual sales of $7 million or less for the last 3 years) Completed application materials must be received by the US Army Corps of Engineers, SF District by no later than 10:00am PST on May 23, 2011.
