- Revised Solicitation/Synopsis Doc This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for non commercial item prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. The United States Air Force (USAF) intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price contract IAW FAR 6.302-1 to Flash Tech Inc, 5820 Fee Fee Road, Hazelwood, MO 63402. The requirement is for the purchase, installation, and training of personnel on a new FlashJet Coatings Removal System (CRS) for use as required on Warner Robins ALC IAW the purchase description and the performance of work. Any other responsible source capable of meeting the requirement may submit technical, delivery, pricing, and past performance data sufficient to determine capability. However, the determination to compete or not to compete this requirement is solely at the discretion of the Government. To be considered, any such documentation must be received NLT 6 June 2011, 4 PM (EST). Only electronic submissions will be accepted and no extensions will be granted. All respondents must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), ORCA, and have a valid DUNS number, Cage Code, and Tax Identification Number.
