- SOW This combined synopsis/solicitation is a notice of the Government's intent to negotiate a sole source purchase order with Energy ICT, 208 S. Rogers Lane, Raleigh, NC 27610; Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements for Energy ICT's EIServer@ and ComServerJ, and WebZ2 Energy Management, Monitoring & Meter Reading software maintenance. This equipment and software was purchased and installed under a previous contract award to Energy ICT. Since this is an annual licensing arrangement involving proprietary EnergyICT hardware and software, only EnergyICT can provide this service. Response time NLT 19 May 2011, 12:00PM EST. Contractor to provide proper maintenance and support IAW attached statement of work: CLIN0001 (BASIC PERIOD) Energy ICT Software services IAW attached statement of work QTY 12 months POP 12 months after award date CLIN1001 (OPTION 1) Energy ICT Software services IAW attached statement of work QTY 12 months POP 12 months immediately following basic period CLIN2001 (OPTION 2) Energy ICT Software services IAW attached statement of work QTY 12 months POP 12 months immediately following annual option one CLIN3001 (OPTION 3) Energy ICT Software services IAW attached statement of work QTY 12 months POP 12 months immediately following annual option two CLIN 4001 (OPTION 4) Energy ICT Software services IAW attached statement of work QTY 12 months POP 12 months immediately following annual option three PR: F3Q2AD1131A004 NAICS: 518210 This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-23 dated 26 Dec 2007.
