- This Blanket Purchase Agreement is issued to establish arrangements for ordering, shipping, and billing to cover merchandise purchased. The essence of this arrangement is that a contractor will be awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement for Stock Requirements in the FSC 8010. Shipment will be to our 2 depots in Burlington, New Jersey and French Camp, California, with the possibility of direct deliveries to customers within the continental US. Resultant awards will be made on an item by item basis to the final low responsive and responsible quote. RFQ will be solicited and awarded utilizing a Reverse Auction process. IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS MUST BE PROVIDED IN THE VENDOR RESPONSE DOCUMENTS OF THE SOLICITATION. VENDORS ARE ONLY REQUIRED TO SUBMIT THE VENDOR RESPONSE DOCUMENT, THE ADDITIONAL FILL-IN-CLAUSES FOR VENDOR RESPONSE DOCUMENT, THE 1449, MSDS SHEETS AND ANY SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS SUCH AS COMMITMENT LETTERS.
