- This acquisition is being issued in accordance with FAR Subpart 13. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation N00104-11-Q-Q777 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-48. This RFQ, N00104-11-Q-Q777, is for Brand Name Oracle/Sun commercial hardware. The Ship to is: USJFCOM, Joint Warfighting Center, 116 Lake View Parkway, Suffolk, VA 23435-2697. This RFQ is issued as a Self-Restricted small business set-aside; therefore, requesting participation from small businesses only. The North American Industrial Classification System number is 334111 and the Small Business Size Standard is 1,000. Contract award will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), FOB destination. Product delivery shall be within 30 days ARO or sooner. The USJFCOM JWFC is requesting delivery by 30 June 2011 therefore, please provide a realistic delivery date with your quote submission. The vendor shall quote ALL items to be eligible for award. Evaluation will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable offer. Quotes will only be considered from authorized Oracle/Sun resellers certified at the GOLD level. Please provide Gold level certification with your quote submission. See attachments for the requirement s page and the Oracle/Sun Brand Name Justification. Please complete the requirement pages as a pricing tool for quote submissions. The hardware must be in new, unused condition and the packaging seal unbroken. Quote submissions are due 12:00 A.M, Eastern, 23 May 2011, and shall be valid for 30 days.
