- RA11088006/IQC11088009050, This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base year and four one-year options, Estimated Annual Demand quantity is 120 each, minimum order quantity is 30 each, and maximum contract quantity per year is 180 each. This LTC will consist of the following NSN: 1660-01-341-7295, Heat Exchanger, F-15 Aircraft, Critical Application Item, TAT Technologies LTD, DBA Galagraph LTD is the OEM, Cage S4883, P/N 8140-1. Specification plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. FOB: Origin, Stock Locations: New Cumberland, PA, Tracy, CA, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin, Unrestricted, Automated Best Value System (ABVS): The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation, A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ On the issue dated cited in theRFP.
