- THIS PROCUREMENT IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Potential quoters are to download a copy of Solicitation Document No. A11PS00359 in its' entirety from fbo.gov - no hard copy of the solicitation document is available. Quoters are to follow the instructions for submitting their quote. On-site, OSHA 29, CFR 1910.269, High Voltage Electrical Safety Training to be provided to 27 employees at the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Colorado River Agency (CRA), Branch of Electrical Services, Parker, AZ 85344. Training is to be conducted the week of July 11, 2011, and to end no later than July 15, 2011.
