- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) Part number 140070414 Rev A Extraction Tool, Qty 16. This requirement is sole sourced to “ E.A.S. Manufacturing Company 804 Via Alondra, Camarillo, CA 93012 as the only vendor that can manufacture this part because they own the design/technical proprietary information to manufacture this item. Any firms believing that they can provide the Extraction Tool, per the part number, may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 15 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the Extraction Tool without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
