The Government is seeking to enter into a lease for space meeting the following requirements: City, State: Grapevine, TX area Delineated Area: North: Dove Road, south on Ruth Wall Rd., north on Hwy 26, east on Bass Pro Dr. to W. Bethel Rd. East: Freeport Pkwy. to S. Freeport Pkwy. to Freeport Pkwy. South: Hwy 114 West: N. White Chapel Blvd. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,685 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 8 Parking Spaces (Surface): Parking Spaces (Structured): Parking Spaces (Reserved): 8 Reserved for Government Vehicles Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: -Space shall be located in a multi-tenant, multi-story building and cannot be located on either the ground floor or top floor. Top floor space may be considered if no other viable options are available. -Agency requires a floor load of 70 to 100 lbs per square foot. Subleases will not be considered. Offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire, Safety and Handicapped Accessibility, and Sustainability set forth in the Solicitation for Offers.
