- SOURCES SOUGHT: The information within this notice is based on the best and most current information available to date. This information is subject to change and does not bind the Government in anyway. Updated information will be provided in a subsequent notice or synopsis, if and when necessary. COMPLETENESS: When the Government solicits for tools it is the intent and requirement of the Government to acquire assembled and readily usable tool sets or kits. The purpose of this Sources Sought is to determine if the tools listed can be obtained domestically, in the United States or if they are unavailable and must be purchased from origins outside of the United States. PRODUCT REQUIREMENTS: Information is needed for the tools and their associated part numbers in the attached list. Please respond by completing the blank column titled Country of Origin and return completed form with your response. NOTE: NO SOLICITATION IS ISSUED AT THIS TIME. Participation in this effort is strictly voluntary with no cost or obligation to be incurred by the U.S. Government. The U.S. Government will in no way be obligated to purchase all or any part of the items described in the attached document. The U.S. Government is providing this information as general information only. The U.S. Government will in no way be bound to this information and responses received if or when any solicitation is issued.
