- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. In Accordance with FAR 6.302-1, the Government intends to award a sole source contract for services to provide the Counter-Rocket, Mortar (C-RAM) Program Office a one year Coverity software license renewal to support testing, training, and ongoing fielding requirements in OIF and OEF. This is a tactical purchase and the Army Enterprise Desktop Software Standardization (TECHON 2003-0005b) does not apply. The Vendor shall provide 12 month Coverity Static Analysis license renewal to support up to 980,774 lines on the Air and Missile Defense Workstation (AMDWS). This license will be provided as GFE. The technical POC for this requirement is Mr. David Farner at 256-774-5976. The following provisions apply to this acquisition: 52.212 -1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commericial 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Satutes or Executive Orders -- Commericial Items, The offeror must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items,, with its offer. 252.232-7003 Electronics Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports. 252.212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquistions of Commercial Items. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and the factors contained in the solicitation.
