- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, N4155711RC058FS, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-51. The NAICS code is 339920 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation: CLIN 0001: Outdoor Batting Cage, ual coaches observation platform attached 8.5" W x 18" H, pnuematic tires, premium richochet padding for all overhead framework, heavy duty 3.5mm weather-treated EHT netting w/extra 10' x 10' baffle net, nylon reinforced 10oz vinyl skirt, black thud pad w/grommets, and lockable dolly lift system for easy portability. Unit constructed of 2" heavy-wall aluminum tubing. Collapses to only 5' high to limt storage requirements. Thud pad size: 68" W x 52" H x 4" D, Cage dimensions: 18' W x 22'D x12' H, 5-year warranty.
