- In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Jackson, South Carolina, intends to issue a firm fixed price, sole source award to Graybar Electric Company, INC. of Missouri, 34 N Meramec Ave., Saint Louis, MO 63105-3844 for the following: C.1. SCOPE OF WORK. Provide secure user-side workstations with fiber optic patch cables for connectivity to the Classified Local Area Network, consisting of a RED Duplex LC Secure to Duplex LC 3 meter 50um OM3, RED Duplex LC Secure to Duplex LC 5 meter 50um OM3, YELLOW Duplex LC Secure to Duplex LC 3 Meter 50um OM3, YELLOW Duplex LC Secure to Duplex 5 meter 50um OM3. Delivery is requested 30 April. Cables will be delivered 3rd US ARMY, ARCENT at Bldg 1951 Losano Rd, Shaw AFB, SC 29152 C.2. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS. The contractor will be required to use Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) to process request for payment. The NEC office will initiate and submit a receiving report in WAWF. Web address: https://wawf.eb.mil. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The associated NAICS code is 423430 and the small business size standard is 100 employees. The small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program is not applicable. The following provisions apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial. 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer. 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items. 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items. 252.232-7003 Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports. 252.212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties, however, may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement. The Government will consider all capability information received prior to the closing date of this synopsis. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract modification based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
