- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Joint Base Anacostia Bolling (JBAB), Washington DC intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for maintenance and repair services for Automatic Doors at various locations throughout JBAB. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary for preventive maintenance and repair services on-site. The solicitation will be set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238290 with a $14.0 million Small Business Size Standard. The solicitation will be issued on or about 12 May 2011. The anticipated award date is 22 Jun 2011. Performance is to begin on 1 Jul 2011 with a base plus two (2) option years. This solicitation is a competitive RFP and award will be based on commercial procedures in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12. Award will be made using Performance Price Trade-Off without technical factors in accordance with FAR Part 15. The evaluation factors will be past performance and price. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal must have a commercial and government entity code (www.ccr.gov) Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
