- Delineated Area Map U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Georgia City: Atlanta Delineated Area: On the North along Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road, from the intersection of U.S. Highway 29 to the intersection of Satellite Blvd, along Satellite Blvd to the intersection of McGinnis Ferry Rd, then along McGinnis Ferry Road to the Chattahoochee River, On the West by the Chattahoochee River from the McGinnis Ferry bridge south, down stream, to Peachtree Parkway bridge, along Peachtree Parkway to Peachtree Corners, to Peachtree Industrial, to Witners Chapel Road,, South by a line from the intersection of Winters Chapel and Peachtree Industrial Boulevard, to Amwiler Road, to Buford Highway, to Button Gwinnet Dr. to Crescent Dr. NW, to Jimmy Carter to the intersection of US. Highway 29 and Jimmy Carter. On the East by U. S. Highway 29, from the intersection of Jimmy Carter Blvd to the intersection of Lawrecneville Suwannee Road. Minimum Sq. Ft.
