Description

The U.S. FIsh and Wildlife Service requests proposals for installation of Oxygen Saturation Cone at the White River National Fish Hatchery located in Bethel, Vermont. The work under this contract installs a fully tested, adjusted, and functional oxygen saturator system as a side stream process on the main well water supply piping to the hatchery complex. Main well water supply piping is in the mechanical room adjacent to main electrical room, which is source of power for satuarator pump. Oxygen is supplied by a new 3/4' oxygen line routed to the mechanical room from the existing outdoor LOX system located approximately 400' from the mechanical room. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000. and $100,000. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238220. The small business size standard is $14.0 million. The solicitation package including technical specifications, drawings, and quote documents will be posted to www.fbo.gov on or about May 27, 2011. Proposals will be due on June 28, 2011 by 4:00 pm (EST). Interested contractors must be registered at the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) website at www.ccr.gov and complete Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) at www.bpn.gov, to be eligible for award. Department of Labor Davis-Bacon wage rates will apply to this work.
