- The Department Of Veterans Affairs intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Requirements Service Contract to a qualified firm with the capability for full maintenance repair and emergency service to fully maintain elevators at the VA Healthcare Network Upstate NY “ Bath VA Medical Center site, as described in the solicitation document. Period of Performance will be a base period of July 1, 2011 (or as soon as possible after award) through September 30, 2011, with four (4) one year options (October 1st thru September 30th) for renewal. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business and the resulting contract will be subject to the Service Contract Act. The applicable NAICS code is 811219 and the size standard is $7.0 million. Solicitation is expected to be issued around May 12, 2011 and will be available electronically. All responses are due 3:00 PM (EST), June 9, 2011. Offerors are required to submit a complete copy of the provision 52.212-3 - Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, direct responses to 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Items with their offer. No telephone requests will be accepted. A firm, fixed-price contract is anticipated.
