- DI-(2-Ethylhexyl) Adipate Technical (DOA) Specification DOD-D-23443, in accordance with MIL-DTL-82886A. Material shall be shipped in 55 gallon metal drums. Metal drums shall be palletized. FOB Destination, McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, McAlester, OK. This will be a Firm Fixed Price, Requirements contract. Minimum quantity is zero pounds with an estimated maximum quantity of 419,702 pounds. Required delivery schedule is 90 days after date of a delivery order. All contractors who provide goods/services to the DOD will be registered in the Central Contractor Register (CCR). You may register via the Internet at www.ccr.gov or contact CCR at 1-888-227-2423. Approximate issue date for solicitation is 17 May 2011 with closing date 30 days from issue. The solicitation shall be issued via the internet at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ and http: //www.fbo.gov. Any changes to the solicitation shall also be posted to these websites and are the contractor's responsibility to check these sites daily for any posted changes.
