- HOTEL SOLICITATION PACKAGE The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center on behalf the Office of State & Local would like to solicit hotel and meeting room services for a G.R.E.A.T. Officer In-Service training to be held in San Francisco, CA on August 21-24, 2011. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price type contract. Request for Quote HSFLGL-11-Q-00202 is in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6-Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items. This is NOT a solicitation for Event Planning Services or 3rd Party Event Planning Services. The FLETC will not consider a proposal submitted by an offeror that is not a hotel. An offer which requires the Government to execute a separate agreement with a third party hotel shall be deemed technically unacceptable. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 721110 and the small business size standard is $7 million. This announcement/solicitation is solicited unrestricted, and constitutes the only solicitation document that will be issued. INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS 1. Please read the complete hotel solicitation package outlining lodging and meeting rooms' requirements on attached Solicitation Standard Form 1449 (SF-1449). 2. For vendor's info, complete Block 17a with name, address, telephone number and DUNS Number. 3. For pricing, complete Blocks 21, 22, 23 & 24. 4. For signature, complete Blocks 30a-30c. 5. The SF-1449 should be submitted to Sheila Henley by email or fax no later than May 27, 2011: 4:30 PM.
