- Expresions of Interest Sources Sought - This is not a request for proposal The United States intends to extend thier current lease for approximately 12,505 rentable square feet (RSF) or 10,875 ANSI BOMA office area (ABOA) of office and related space in Elizabeth New Jersey. The Government will use the information it receives in response to this Sources Sought as a basis to develop a cost - benefit analysis to remain at its current location. In making this determination, the government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements, telecommunications infrastructure and security costs. The Government reserves the right to determine acceptability of the offered property as to the building's structural integrity, accessibility compliance and fire and life safety.
