Description: Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) facility at Grissom ARB IN has been chosen for upgrade and reconfiguration. As a result, the ATCT facility must be prepared for the relocation and installation of equipment from the old facilities to the new. Contract support will be required at Grissom ARB IN. The contractor must have demonstrated capability to work in, on, and around an operational airport facility.
