- Technical Requirements SF-1449 This requirement is for Six (6) Insight 4 mega pixel color mosaic firewire c mount amera for Olympus BX with installation/setup. Brand Name or equal items are acceptable for this procurement. If an equal item is proposed specs must be included with the quote to show that it is an equal item. Quotation shall provide a point-by-point comparison to each item listed in the attached mandatory specifications. A general overview, general comparison, or statement such as "able to provide the requirements" or "meets or exceeds minimum requirements" is unacceptable and will not be evaluated for potential acceptance Award will be made to the lowest price/technically acceptable offeror. Include a quote for each of the items listed in the SF-1449. Include part numbers, description, quantity and prices. Your quote may be sent via your company standard quotation form but must include the following information: Tax ID #, DUNS #, Point of Contact, Address, Phone #, Email address. The Government requests a discount from your current commercial pricing catalog
