- Performance Work Statement dated 25 April 2011 Combined Synopsis Solicitation Contract Data Requirements List This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR sub-part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached notice. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor to install High Velocity Oxygen Fuel Thermal Spray Process (HVOF) strip tanks, tank support structure, and support equipment in the Thermal Spray Building 511, Hill AFB, UT. The contractor shall design build, and install two (2) new tanks, support structure, ventilation system, plumbing, heat-exchangers, controls, and ancillary support equipment in accordance with the attached PWS.
