This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Please see attached document for pictures. This is a brand name or equal. Please provide shipping to Anchorage Alaska. Questions from Sources Sought: 1. Size and color of the Halloween Bags? Graphics on one side and silver on the back. The size is 11"X15" 2. Is the crayon box to be imprinted? No 3. Fire Fighting Key tag - What shape.Fire engine, hydrant, hat, extinguisher? The key chain had firefighters going into a fire and the back says "the easiest fire to put out is the one you prevent" 4. If you want items shipped blank or imprinted with your company name and/or logo (Elmendorf-Richardson Fire Fighters... ?) Some of the items show an imprint requested, but others that can be imprinted do not? Only the specific items requested with the imprint is what we want imprinted with "JBER Fire Department". The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.212-2 EVALUATION--COMMERCIAL ITEMS (JAN 1999) (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has not obligation to reimburse an Offeror for any costs In order to be considered for an award, an offeror must have completed the online electronic Representations and Certifications located at http://orca.bpn.gov/ in accordance with FAR 4.1201(a). Potential contractors must also be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov. This is LPTA. Price and technical factors will be considered. The Government intends to evaluate offers and award without discussion. Offeror shall submit all information with offer as required in FAR 52.212-1. Offerors may obtain copies of the reference provisions and clauses at: http://farsite.hill.af.mil/vffara.htm. Quotations must be received by specified response date. Quotations shall be submitted to 2d Lt Meredith Ellen. All responsible sources may submit a written proposal, which shall be considered. Please submit quote by 17 May 11 at 1200 AST.
