- The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Albuquerque Acquisition Office is requesting Quotes for Fire Service Training to provide structural firefighters training(see attached Statement of Work), to be held at Quileute Tribal School, La Push, Washington (June 13th and 14th, 2011), Northern Cheyenne Agency, Lame Deer, Montana (June 16th and 17th, 2011), Standing Rock Sioux Tribe, Fort Yates, North Dakota (June 20th and 21st, 2011) and Pine Ridge Agency, Pine Ridge, South Dakota June 23rd and 24th, 2011).. Included in this solicitation is for the contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision during the project. The Statement of Work is incorporated into the Request for Quote/Solicitation. The contract clauses will be incorporated into the contract at the time of award. In accordance with FAR 36.602-1, interested contractors shall submit in their Package a signed SF-18 and the following upon which the selection criteria of award will be based in descending order. 1) Specialized Experience/Technical Competence(is most important) 2) Past Performance (provided references and work performed) 3)Capacity to accomplish work in the required time. 4) Knowledge of the locality of the project, and 5) Price. Award will be made on Low Bid. NAICS CODE: 922160 Contractors are required to submit a signed and dated SF-18, which is attached to this solicitation, along with telephone number, fax number, DUNS Number and an e-mail address if applicable.
