- Description
- The 1 st Special Operations Contracting Squadron at Hurlburt Field FL intends to award a Purchase Order to Bosso's Uniform Company Inc. for Tailored Gate Guard Security Uniforms in accordance with Air Force Instruction 31-0283. This award is restricted to Small Businesses and is under North American Industry Classification System Code 448110 with a small business size standard of $10.0 million. This action is being accomplished under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b). The Government believes that Bosso's Uniform Company Inc. can provide Security Uniforms that can be tailored locally and delivered in a reasonable time frame of 7-10 days after receipt of order. At this time, market research has not indicated another company that can provide this requirement. This notice is NOT a request for quote. However, interested companies shall submit to the contracting officer a brief capabilities statement package (no more than 10 pages in length, single spaced, and 12 point font minimum) demonstrating ability to perform the requested services at or before 2:00 PM (central), 13 May 2011. Any information received will only be considered for the purpose of conducting a competitive procurement.
