- Summit County Colorado Area Wage Determination Performance Work Statement This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotations (RFQ) No. AG-82D7-S-11-0004. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-15. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this acquisition is 488390 with a size standard of $7.0 million. The proposed contract is 100 percent set aside for small business. CONTRACT LINE ITEM NUMBER: 1: Heeney Marina, Green Mountain Reservoir, White River National Forest Summit County, CO. Line Item 0001 QTY: 158 Days, UNIT PRICE: tiny_mce_marker_____________, EXTENDED PRICE: tiny_mce_marker________________. Period of Performance: 18 May 2011 through 17 October 2011. Contract Line Item 0002: McDonald Flats Campground White River National Forest Summit County, CO. Line Item 0002 QTY: 81 Days, UNIT PRICE: tiny_mce_marker_____________, EXTENDED PRICE: tiny_mce_marker________________. Period of Performance: 24 June 2011 through 12 September 2011. Offerors shall include prices and descriptive literature containing sufficient technical documentation to establish a bona fide capability to meet this requirement. Only written responses will be considered. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation; will be the most advantageous to the Government in accordance with the requirement. Only those offerors determined to be in compliance with the requirements as stated in this solicitation will be considered for award. If additional information is required to support price reasonableness, each offeror may be required to provide a hard copy of their price break-down. Non-conformance with this requirement may result in the offerors quote being determined unacceptable.
