This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a formal solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number G11PS00435 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect throughout Federal Acquisition Circular: 2005-50, dated 16 Mar. 2011.This combined synopsis/solicitation is re-opened for competitive.
