Description: A requirement is added to provide meals in addition to the hotel rooms specified in the original announcement for the following dates and locations (see attached). Meals to be served at a local restaurant with the exception of the Fillmore location. If possible, meals are to be prepared by a local caterer and served at the National Guard armory in Fillmore (address to be provided in the contract). Sack lunches to be provided on 3 June 2011 will be picked up by the government. Serving times will be provided in the contract. Proposed menus MUST be submitted with quote.
