- RECOVERY. THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This project is funded through the ARRA Act of 2009. A firm fixed price modification has been executed with Baker Electric. This modification compensates Baker Electric for adding electrical connections to panels, adding circuits to existing wire way, adding a dedicated circuit to the receptacle and demo of the existing wire way and recptacles, re-wiring drain probes, adding GFCI receptacles. This contract was awarded on a full and open basis.
