- Single award contract for the period of July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012, for the Department of Education. Production area is assumed 60-mile radius Washington, DC. Anticipate approximately 3 to 10 orders per year, for approximately 200 to 8,000 copies per order, with approximately 72 to 680 pages per order. Trim size: Covers and Text 8-1/2 x 11" or 11 x 8-1/2"; Tabs 8-1/2 x 11" with 1/2" lip. Text prints in up to two ink colors; Covers and Tab Dividers prints in up to two ink colors or 4-color process. Operations include electronic prepress, printing in one to two ink colors or 4-color process, binding, packing and distribution. Quality level III. Bid opening June 15, 2011.
