- This is another modification to the modification below on alternate contacts as Anthony Collins is out of office until 5/20/11. This is a modification to resend one corrected attachment to the solicitation package which is the Notice to Offerors. Please be informed that your questions on the Contractor's Request for Clarification Form contained in the solicitation package must be submitted no later than May 17, 2011 at 9AM the week before the closing date for your quote/estimate submission of May 24, 2011 at 10AM. Any questions asked after the 5/17 date will not be accepted.
