- The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) intends to acquire the services of a contractor to repair small office machines. This procurement shall be processed in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) and 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures). This is a 100% total small business set-aside. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement.
