- This is a pre-solicitation notice for the design, architectural, engineering and construction services for the development of construction documents and for construction or renovation activities to design and build a Conference and Classroom Facility at Eskan Village. Contract is contemplated to be a Firm-Fixed Price contract. Release of the actual RFP is anticipated to be 18 May 2011. A draft RFP will be available on 6 May 2011.
