Description: Sources Sought Synopsis N6883611MSVCS Mortuary Services in Support of the Naval Hospital Jacksonville This is a SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS/REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) for Market Research purposes ONLY. This information will be used to determine the availability of contractors capable of meeting the Government 冱 minimum requirements for this support and the availability of small businesses capable of providing this support. Please review the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the Government 冱 minimum requirements for Mortuary Services in Support of the Naval Hospital Jacksonville. The government anticipates a base year with four one-year options. Respondents shall provide a technical capabilities statement that addresses the requirements in the attached PWS. The technical capabilities statement shall include a cover page containing the company 冱 name, address, CAGE code, Dun & Bradstreet number, years in business, affiliate information, parent company, joint venture partners, NAICS, business size/socio-economic status, government business point-of-contact name, phone number, and e-mail address. The Capabilities Statements provided in response to this Sources Sought Notice will NOT be considered responses to a Request for Proposal or Invitation for Bid. Responses will not restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach or be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government will not pay for the information requested herein. No Request for Quotes (RFQ) or Request for Proposals (RFP) currently exists. Therefore, copies will not be provided. Responses shall be submitted via email to the primary point of contact listed below by May 20, 2011 at 12:00 PM (EST). No phone calls will be accepted.
