- The full solicitation is now posted at www.fedconnect.net. This is a five-year indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity project not to exceed $3,000,000. The Contractor shall furnish the labor, equipment, supplies, and materials (except where Government Furnished Materials are made available) to complete all work. This work includes minor clearing and grubbing, the removal and disposal of culverts and the installation of culverts. Project sites are located in Benton, Lincoln, Polk, Clackamas, Linn, Marion, Yamhill, Tillamook, Washington, Columbia, and Multnomah Counties, in Marys Peak, Cascades, and Tillamook Resource Areas, Salem District, Oregon. Bonds are required: offeror shall submit a bid guarantee in the amount of their offer for the base year of the Schedule of Items. Each task order will require: 100% payment bond or payment protection (if the award amount exceeds $30,000 but does not exceed $100,000) and 100% performance bond, regardless of dollar amount. This solicitation will be posted electronically at www.fedconnect.net. Paper copies are no longer available. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. This solicitation is set aside for small business concerns.
