- SF-24 Schedule B SF1442 GSA Form 527 DOL Wage Determination Representations & Certifications Contract Drawings Contract Specifications Agreement Request For Proposal GSA will conduct a pre-proposal conference on Tuesday, May 10, 2011 at 10:00 AM at the Edward T. Gignoux Federal Courthouse, 156 Federal Street, Portland, Maine. Potential offerors should assemble there between 9:30 AM and 10:00 A.M. After the conference, a walking tour of the United States Custom House, 312 Fore Street, Portland, Maine will be held. Cameras will be allowed at the discretion of the government. Notification of any changes to this solicitation (i.e. any amendments) will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) Web site and it is the Offeror's responsibility to monitor the GPE site at www.fbo.gov for the release of any amendments. A paper solicitation package will not be issued and telephone, fax, or email requests for this solicitation will not be accepted.
