- WFLHD plans to remodel two bathrooms. Remodel activities include work on floors, walls, ceilings, fixtures, partitions, plumbing, electrical, and life safety. The work area is located on the first floor of the Western Federal Lands Highway Division (WFLHD) building. The purpose of this work is to upgrade to meet ADA requirements, install environmentally sustainable features and modernize the bathrooms. THIS SOLICITATION IS OFFERED AS A SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE Work shall be completed within 60 days of contract award. Estimated PRICE RANGE for this project is under $150,000. PROJECT IS LOCATED at 610 E. 5th Street, Vancouver, WA, 98661. Vendors can use "Watch This Opportunity," to manage whether this opportunity is part of their "Watched List" or not and manage whether they receive emails that outline any changes impacting the notice (posting of the solicitation, amendments, etc.). Questions will only be accepted in writing only. The solicitation will be issued late spring 2011.
