AG-82X9-S-11-0069 SF 33 Pg 1 -2 FY11 North San Isabel NF Road Maintenance The San Isabel National Forest has a requirement for road maintenance. The road maintenance consists of 88.688 miles of Level 3 Road Maintenance & 57.691 miles of Level 2 Road Maintenance (TOTAL = 146.378). Work includes performing routine maintenance by furnishing all material, equipment, transportation, supervision and labor necessary to provide Level 2 & 3 Road Maintenance and erosion control including mobilization between roads, blading and shaping traveled way, cleaning all drainage structures, removal of obstructions, minor vegetation clearing, and removing or repairing slides/slumps. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies and perform all work required to complete the project in accordance with drawings, specifications, and provisions of the contract. Work shall occur in the Salida & Leadville Ranger Districts. Chaffee and Lake Counties in Colorado. All questions pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted, in writing, to Toinette (Toni) Aranda at tparanda@fs.fed.us or via facsimile to 719-553-1435. All Offerors must be actively registered to the Central Contractor's Registry (CCR) in accordance to FAR 52.204-7or their proposal will not be considered. All Offerors must be registered in ORCA in accordance to FAR 52.204-8 to be considered responsive. All prospective bidders must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Contractors can obtain further information on the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov. All Offerors must respond to all evaluation criteria in Section M of the solicitation to be considered responsive to this solicitation. Offerors to fail to meet these three criteria will not be considered in the Technical Evaluation of offers. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract nor does it obligate the Government to pay for bid/proposal preparation costs.
