- Solicitation Amendment 0001 ***This acquisition has been amended to revise the Best Estimated Quantities. Please see attached solicitation amendment 0001.**** This acquisition is to obtain a firm fixed price requirements contract for the purpose of repairing and overhauling Noun: Aircraft Mount Winch (External Rescue Hoist), NSN 1680-01-399-1284GC, Part Number: BL27100-185, and repairing Noun: Control Box Assembly, NSN 1680-01-411-0562GC, Part Number: EC10000-70, which are applicable to the HH-60G Helicopter. The requirements contract will have a basic performance period of one year plus four annual options. The REPAIR basic year BEQ for the Aircraft Mount Winch is 100 each per year, Option I BEQ is 84 each per year, Option II BEQ is 90 each per year, and Options III & IV BEQs are 96 each per year. The OVERHAUL basic year BEQ for the Aircraft Mount Winch is 105 each per year and Options I through IV BEQs are 10 each per year. The basic year BEQ for the Control Box Assembly is 11 each per year, Option I BEQ is 9 each per year, Options II & III BEQs are 10 each per year, and Option IV BEQ is 11 each per year. Destination: To be determined on each delivery order. Routine Delivery: 45 days after receipt of order or reparable, whichever is later. SURGE and MICAP delivery orders shall take precedence over routine repair, and the delivery schedule shall be adjusted accordingly based on concurrence between the Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO), Administrative Contracting Officer (ACO) and the contractor. This is a sole source requirement to Breeze Eastern, 700 Liberty Avenue, Union, NJ 07083-8198. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
