- Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract The Army Contracting Command-National Capital Region (ACC-NCR), intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) - FAR 6.302-1(a) (2) (ii) (A) - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The award will be made to Association of the United States Army (AUSA); 2425 Wilson Boulevard, Arlington, VA, 22201 for a non-personal service contract to provide food, audio visual support, Internet, and phone service for the 2011 Combined Logistics Excellence Award (CLEA) Program. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a period of performance commencing and ending on 12 May 2011. The NAICS code for this requirement is 721110 with a size standard of $30M. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is not a solicitation document. No RFP will be available for competitive proposals.
