THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS PROPOSED ACTION WILL BE A BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT CALL ISSUED AGAINST AN EXISTING COMPETITIVELY AWARDED BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (BPA) FOR GSA SCHEDULE CONTRACT GS-23F-0168K FOR SPECIAL ITEM NUMBER (SIN) 871-7, TO PROVIDE CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES, IN SUPPORT OF THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND RESTORATION ACT (ARRA) PROJECT FOR "ARRA Lighting Controls & Building Automation System (BAS) // Hatfield Federal Courthouse, Portland, OR". THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO CURRENT CONTRACT HOLDER. This is not a request for quotations. The Project and Acquisition Solutions Branch, Northwest Arctic Region, General Services Administration (GSA), desires to obtain construction management and quality assurance inspection services for subject Recovery-funded project. The resultant task order will be awardedto contract holder of subject GSA schedule contract per terms and conditions of the BPA andGSA schedule contract. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 236220. The Product Service Code (PSC) is R499.
