- Solicitation Documents The purpose of this change to HSHQW9-11-R-00003 is to post the solicitation documents. A Pre-Proposal Conference has been scheduled for May 17, 2011 from 0900 to 1200 PT at 450 Golden Gate Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94102. Interested parties shall meet in the lobby. There will not be a questions and answer portion to this conference. All questions should be submitted in writing to Kelly Minturn at kelly.minturn@dhs.gov not later than 1000 PT, May 20, 2011. Questions after this date and time shall not be entertained. The closing date for this solicitation is June 6, 2011 at 1400 PT.
