- Sources Sought Synopsis For 2013 Solar DecathlonEvent Location The U.S. Department of Energy, Golden Field Office, is issuing this sources sought synopsis to identify business sources having an interest in and the resources to support a requirement for services entitled: ?2013 Solar Decathlon Event Location?. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The Government will use responses from this sources sought synopsis to make an appropriate acquisition decision for this procurement. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME.
