- This project consists of constructing maintenance facilities. The improvements include maintenance/vehicle shop building, heavy equipment storage area, access roads, parking areas, security fencing, site grading, and necessary utilities for the improvements. The project also includes removal and disposal of existing structures. This is a HubZone set-aside. Price Range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000, NAICS code 236220. The project location is 1770 West Kittyhawk Drive, Cedar City, UT 84721. Solicitation will be available for download from FedBizOpps website at http://www.fbo.gov on or about May 19, 2011.
