- CLIN Products and Specifications (Excel Spreadsheet) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is unrestricted, full and open competition. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 339999, All Other Miscellaneous Manufacturing, Size Standard is 500 employees. Solicitation/Purchase Requisition Number F2K3AQ1055A001 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-50 effective 02 May 2011. The Government intends to award one contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government price and other factors considered. The Government intends to award one contract with thirty (30) contract line item numbers: CLIN 0001-0030: See Attached Spreadsheet for products, specification, quantities, manufacturers and part numbers.
