- Combined Synopsis-RFP F1ATD41088A001 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a sole source proposal is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F1ATD41088A001 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP), entitled AFMS-CTSA Collaboration Workshop and Research Support. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-46.
